Ragis is a survivor of animal testing, a devoted support dog to his human companion, Lex, a loyal friend to many, and a comforting presence to those in need of extra love or encouragement.
This winter (2025), he spent several weeks living in the hospital, staying by Lex’s side as they recovered. As Lex’s support dog, Ragis had an important job – helping Lex through the toughest days, offering both practical assistance and emotional support. But along the way, he also became a beloved member of the hospital community.
